TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We ask guests to check in between the hours of 16:30 and 18:00 or to notify us in advance if they wish to check in outside these hours. Checking out time is 10:00 on the morning of departure.
A deposit for one night's accommodation or credit card details are required at the time of booking. The deposit is only refundable (minus a £5 administration fee) if we are given 14 days notice of cancellation and the room is re-let. If you fail to arrive without notification, or cancel within 14 days of room occupancy, then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.
To cover administration costs a charge of £1 will be added to all debit card payments and 3% to all credit card payments.
